The new energy dominated by photovoltaic, wind power and other new energy has seasonal, fluctuating, random and other characteristics, so for the new energy stations containing photovoltaic, wind power grid will inevitably bring many challenges to the safety and stability of the grid, the traditional relay protection methods. At present, in view of the problems of high voltage level, large scale structure, and difficulty of testing working conditions of new energy stations, it is necessary and feasible to use real-time simulation technology to study the working conditions of new energy stations connected to the grid.

System Schemes

In order to realise the real-time simulation and testing of the grid-connected system of the new energy station, the CPU multi-core parallel simulation technology of the MT 8020 simulation platform of ModelingTech is used to divide the IEEE 39-node system, energy storage plant, photovoltaic power plant and wind farm module into equivalent parts, which are run separately in each CPU simulation core and unified to carry out the real-time simulation with a step size of 50us, and the distribution parameter lines are used to divide the various systems to realise the six-core parallel simulation of the CPU parallel simulation of the parallel grid-connected system of the new energy station.
